well I submitted 3 job applications today. My work is done
at least as far as Texas Work Force is concerned, it takes care of their minimum requirements.

I hate looking for work.

4. my husband has been up in North Dakota for 3 1/2 weeks and will be
home Wednesday. We are probably going to go to Arizona to see our daughter at the end of the week so I want this all out of the way.

Usually I do them on Friday night or even Saturday night.

Gotta love the internet.

3. Yeah, I barely managed to make those requirements back when I had to go on unemployment...
mostly 'cause I didn't have money for gas, lived in an area of ridiculous urban sprawl making it impossible to go ANYWHERE without driving, and my phone company made a 200 dollar mistake and cut off my phone when I didn't pay them for it.

... thankfully their incompetence ended up saving my ass. The mistake was actually on my internet portion of the bill, not the regular phone bill. And while they cut off my phone for non-payment... they forgot to cut off the internet. So I ended up finding my last job and applying for it online. :P

Seriously though, Orlando is unlivable if you don't have a car. Of course, Murphy's Laws being what they are, immediately after I finally found a job the gas station 200 feet away from my apartment complex put up a 'now hiring' sign in the window. Just to taunt me.
