Chicken fried meatloaf?

Miz t. made a meatloaf that won't die.

We had the regular meatloaf-mashed potatoes-butter beans meal the first night.

We've had meatloaf sandwiches for lunch the last couple of days.
There's still a 4" wide hunk of meatloaf in the fridge.
I said "What about chicken fried meatloaf?"
She said "I don't think so. That just doesn't sound right."

What do you think?
It might work.
