1. i agree that your offer is compelling
but the interest alone more than makes up the value of the depreciation of the collateral.

and these are new machines. there's plenty of useful life.

2. I agree that you have good reason to conclude that the machines...
have plenty of useful life. However, you wouldn't leave a collection of paintings by old masters uninsured, would you? You want to be prepared for unforeseeable eventualities, don't you? I mean, we wouldn't want any of your machines to stop working now, would we? My associates and I can offer you a protection plan that includes free rentals if your machines go missing and rentals at low rates if your machines break down.
