2. Dock dog is a competition to see how far your dog can jump off a dock
That border collie just kind of stepped off it, though.

4. If that Border Collie is anything like my Border Collie, the water won't faze him at all
They're pretty tough dogs.

5. I used to have a couple of greyhound rescues
The first time I took them to a river, one of them walked right off the end of the dock. I have no idea what she was thinking - she must have thought the water was solid.

The look on her face was priceless.

6. I may have to get me a Border Collie one day.
They seem to be really good dogs.

8. Just don't get one bred for "sport" -- they're INSANE
Get one bred for herding (ABCA registered). They actually come with an "off" switch.

9. Haha!! I hope to find a rescue border collie.
I know about that hyper type dog. I have a minipin!! She is 10 and still bounces off the walls.
