Wow, that was a completely fucked up dream I woke up from...
I was taking care of my 4 year old niece, she kept running away from me. Then we were in a corner store and Ted Kennedy was behind the counter, complaining about how he just wanted to get back to the Senate, instead of running the corner store. An Asian woman tried to take my niece and scolded me for letting her drink sugary drinks.

Then we were on a dock, b/c we were all going to Maine on a big boat (Sniffa's family, Ted Kennedy, and my brother). I was laying on the dock in a blue bathing suit, and the dock was really narrow and unsteady.

Then, I was with my niece again, and we were sitting on some bleachers, and all of a sudden she was gone. I was running around looking for her, frantically. Then I ran into my Econ professor and he told me that they hadn't found her, but that it wouldn't be good. Then I was on DU, reading about how my niece had been abducted and murdered, and DUers were arguing over whether or not I should get the Death Penalty.

And the article said I had had 6 beers.

Needless to say, I didn't wake up today in the best mood. Why is it the bad dreams that we remember so vividly? :wtf:

1. Last night must have been messed up dream night...
I was conned (in my dream) into thinking that a guy who looked nothing like MrG was actually MrG...

...until my neighbor came over.

12. In this one...We were in Western MA, and you and I were getting ready for
the Econ Honors dinner...My Mom was complaining about us being late, but I was like "Mom, it starts at 1, and it's only 12:05. We live 5 miles from school" (My school is 100 miles from W. MA). The only way I could get into my bedroom was via a small stepladder and the window. My Ex was there and I was suddenly topless, and didn't want him looking at my boobs.

Flash forward, you and I are about to leave, and the phone rings. It's the secretary from where I work (we don't have a secretary), relaying a message that Flvegan called, wondering why we weren't there yet.

Costume jewelry to vampires. That almost sounds normal.

4. I have been dreaming hard and waking up sore. But I am not remembering the
dream with much detail, which normally I do.

But I know the dreams are making me tense up all night because of the way I feel when I get up.

This has been going on for about 4 days. If I remember any of my dreams I will come back and tell you about them.

21. Yes, I hate it. Well, I am out of work, looking for a job. My husband is out of town for 3 weeks

at at time, roughly and our daughter is in Arizona. Just me and the kitties, and House Noises. And no schedule or structure in my life currently unless I have a project going on.

And I am in the middle of a medication transition for my depression.

Oh Yeah and I am mainlining LOST through Netflix...

no wonder I am having nightmares and waking up stiff and sore

but if I could remember the nightmares then I could get rid of some of the angst by retelling them or something

 :pals:

edited to add some stuff I forgot

15. I had really strange dreams last night, too
They involved a ploy in which some entity was giving out digital cameras to everyone but the cameras were fixed in a way that induced mind control and it turned out to be a plot to take over the world.

I ended up with my friend's 18 or 19 kids (she does NOT have that many kids and all of these seemed to be under the age of about 11) because she and her husband were taken by the bad guys and my sister the lawyer was trying to discern legal remedies to the whole thing.

She was doing it by figuring out algebraic equations on a whiteboard and I think all this stems from the fact that

1. I have the flu

2. I'm reading a sci-fi book about aliens taking over the world through mind control and

3. I have an algebra exam on Thursday.

I don't know where my sister comes into it, though.
