I have the sudden urge to watch The Little Mermaid.
Does anyone else ever crave Disney?

"What would I giiiive to live where you are/What would I pay, to stay here besiiiide you"

And maybe the Lion King, too. Dammit. I don't think we have either of those! x(

The Little Mermaid is smokin' hot.

Of course, she's no Kim Possible.

10. That is so wrong.
Kim Possible is pure and innocent. Someone's going to hell for that.

5. If you like other mermaid shows, how about this one?
h2o: just add water (from Australia)

It's pretty decent for a teen show, not so "silly" as most of the ones for that age in the US. The special effects are decent, too :)

13. I love the Lion King. Especially with the stereo speakers on...
The thrumming of the elephants' feet in the beginning. We just had a "let's watch Finding Nemo because we haven't seen it in forever" night.

27. I can't remember the lyrics all that well
but I can remember some of the storyboards. ;-)

Not as rude as the alternative lyrics of the "Gaston" song from "Beauty and the Beast". I remember one line was "No one's dick's as incredibly thick as Gaston's"... Yep, animators are pretty juvenile sometimes. But what would anyone expect after so many months of G-ratedness? There was even an x-rated sequence that was done during the making of "Snow White and the seven dwarves" that has never been seen outside of the studio. It's been a tradition for MANY years!

20. It may be that subliminal penis on the video cover working its magic rather than a real urge.
It's often hard to tell! That's the magic of subliminal imagery.

I don't know why that person did that. But I do remember that it happened.

28. The illustrator claimed that he didn't really notice it because he was pulling
an all nighter to get it done. Actually, I can believe that. I've done a few DVD jackets for Disney and the approval process always takes so long that by the time you get to actually finishing up the art it's WAAAAYYYY past the initial deadline. The art director should have caught it-but I'm sure she or he was already under pressure to get it out, so it's not surprising that they ended up recalling it months later.
