Just bought a video capture device & I have a question... |

Edited so that I made sense (much preferable!)
Hi all!
I just bought a neat little video capture device that can convert analog (i.e. my VHS tapes...lotsa cool music boots & the such...) to digital (so I can burn them on DVD). It's a Pyro A/V link, and is supposed to be really good on video capturing.
My question is actually audio related...many of the old boot videos I have are kinda krunchy audio-wise...is there any video editing program (cheaper the better!) that allows you to edit/enhance audio tracks, but doesn't separate the audio from the video? (For instance, I've got a video of the Bob Seger System doing Ramblin' Gamblin' Man from Detroit in '68...I'd like to enhance the audio, but keep it as part of the video so that I don't have to re-synch it all up).
Hope that makes sense!!!
Thanks for the help!!! pp23

I think there might be some tools to clean up audio. Just check in the appropriate section.

2. Audacity is a pretty good freeware audio editor |
|
and it has a noise delete feature that's pretty good.
