I resigned my job.
The only candidate (after 2 wks) for my position came in today for training. After ONE HOUR she asks, "Where is the main office and how do I get to my car from there?" Bwahahahaha!
I hugged her when we met and thanked her for taking on the job. Do you suppose that was a spoiler?

1. You did the RIGHT thing.. |
|
Don't feel bad for a second that you did it...:D
Four years ago, I did the same thing, when I had a Dub-like moron for a boss...she ended up being FIRED six months later...but I wouldn't go back there; too many people who were like-minded with her were still around...:eyes:

I'll miss the work and students terribly but resigning is the hardest "best" thing I've ever done.
The woman kept asking me, "What is the incentive to do this job?" LOL!
