How do you post pictures? Is there a 'how to' button somewhere

1. just put the picture's URL in the message box

include the http:// and it will just show up when you hit "post"

2. If it is your own picture you need to have it "hosted" somewhere

flickr.com and photobucket.com are two hosts you can use. Once you have an account set up, you can upload your pictures to either photobucket or flickr, then copy the link to the actual photo from your host and post the link in the body of the post.

on edit, didn't work, although you can click on the picture and it comes up

5. Photobucket works best for me

"Preview" allows you to see if you have cut and pasted the working link. Photobucket has a picture location link that you can cut and paste

6. On a PC

Right click on a picture, then click "save" to your documents/pictures on your computer. Then go to http://photobucket.com/?special_track=nav_logo and open a PhotoBucket account (it's free). PhotoBucket will walk you through uploading pictures from your computer to your account.

It's considered poor form to link directly to a picture on the Internet. That's stealing bandwidth.
