ARRRRRAGH! The Purchase and Sale Agreement for my house
is just a nightmare. Here is why we should kill all the lawyers (I am one). I'm selling my house...to a very nice young couple. The pre-printed Massachusetts P&S form has 30 paragraphs which cover just about everything. Their lawyer just sent me a "Rider" to the P&S which contains another 25 aditional paragraphs! I think they want me to pledge my first-born child (which would be Willie Pitt!) to make this sale happen. Forgive me! This is just a rant...I'll sign, I'll sign!

9. I think he needs a pop-culture name..

Something like:

Willie-Pee

or

Pee-Willie

or

Dub-Pitt

or

Pitt-Dub

11. Hah! I'd give him up if
I knew where the little s**t was. Last sighting was in LA but I found that out coming here. We must be the first Mother-Son combo that communicate mainly through DU! I hope he sees this because then he will feel GUILTY and mothers love guilt!

12. Guilty?
I'm going to be the one hauling 25 years worth of stuff out of your house (who cleaned the attic, ahem ahem?) and you're gonna make me feel guilty?

Can't a man flee to LA for a couple of days? :)

21. My parents finally laid down the law...
with me about my shit being in the attic about 5 years ago. Told me that if I hadn't gotten it out of the attic in the nearly 8 years it had been up there that I OBVIOUSLY didn't need it and if I didn't come get it it was going in the trash.

My parents are really good at that "tough love" thing.

he's more careful than I was. I managed to fall out of my parents' attic while I was getting the last of my stuff down. Reached back for the last box, my butt slid off the support beam I was sitting on, and I went through the drywall and dropped 8 feet to the concrete floor of the garage. Almost managed to catch myself on the way down but couldn't keep a grip on the support beams. Dislocated my shoulder, had a nasty bump on my head, bruised my hip, and basically spent 3 days in bed. It was not fun. Scared the bejeezus outta my momma.

27. pfft, Some Liberal YOU are!!!
Spending all the money on something as petty and selfish as a house when you could have donated it to charity or bought some clothes for the people living in the cold.

For shame!

/sarcasm - Will knows what I'm talking about :hi:
