3. Just my asshole neighbor's outside dogs
They leave them outside, 24/7 in the 90 plus heat, storms, winter, getting bit by fleas, mosquitoes, flies, etc. Everyday for about three to five hours all the outside dogs bark and cry outside while their sorry ass owners are inside in the A/C ignoring them.

8. I've wondered about that myself.
Some dogs can bark all day and not lose their voices. I feel bad for my neighbor's dogs who are always tied up in the back yard. If I could keep up with them, I'd take them for a walk.
