33. If this is for real, he's got to have enough money by now to buy serveral houses of his own.

Plus still have plenty in his pension. Even if he were scrubbing toilets all this time without house payments to worry about he should be more than flush with $$$. Sad to say though that hearing of adults sponging off their parent like this is not that unusual.
