So I'm their top candidate for the job, but....
There was an autographed picture of W in the plant manager's office. I didn't say anything about it and the plant manager was not there anyway. Should I be concerned?
In a couple of weeks I have my psych exam too.

I unfortunately have * and EvilCheney and Nortondork pictures hanging up where I work...it's the law. Federal building.

2. Don't jump to conclusions
I left one job that was staffed, ostensibly, with liberals because they were all a bunch of kooks. The senior staff could only bicker and provide us with no direction. I now work under a boss who has one of those framed autographed pictures and who has a daughter that was a GOP intern in DC. But, this guy is respectful and capable of honest, and decent interpersonal relationships (at least with me). Good luck with whatever direction you choose and remember::yourock:

3. Thanks
I'll have one more interview, a psych exam before they decide to hire me. This job has much more potential than my current job, more pay, and very inexpensive health insurance. I suppose your right, he might actually be a decent guy.

5. Quality management-Food
I thought that was a little strange too. My potential new boss said that it wasn't anything to worry about. He said that they now do this testing on all potential new managers because they had some problems in the past. I am a little nervous about this because I do have an anxiety disorder and do prefer telling the truth.
If I do alright on this test though, I should get the job, at least that is what I was told. Such tests are not cheap.
