Which movie is better: Wall Street or Boiler Room?
These are both excellent movies. Both deal with the stock business and how conflicts of interests arise. The characters were both comparable. THough Wall Street looked more at the trading side and inside information and corruption through cheating the system. Boiler Room dealt with stock brokers as telemarketers screwing people out of their money. So which one is better? YOur thoughts.

1. I liked the story in Wall Street better
Just my opinion.

2. Wall Street...and by a mile.
I didn't really care for BP. It went formula pretty early on and some of the performances were awfully strained.

4. Wall Street easily
One of the best movies if 1987 and it gave us an unforgettable character, Gordon Gecko.

5. In this genre, don't miss...
Rogue Trader (about the guy who single-handedly brought down one of Britain's largest and oldest banks) with Ewan MacGregor. Fascinating!

and the ever popular Glengarry Glen Ross (along the same lines, but the grittiest bunch of real-estate wheeler-dealers). Outstanding performers and storylines.

7. Rogue Trader was excellent
True story. Too bad his hot (movie) wife left him in the end.
