4. you've never been to Demon Dogs
owned by Pete schivarelli. Sitting there eating the best hot dogs in a city known for hot dogs and listening to Chicago is a thing of beauty.

3. Tie between all of them except for "Total Eclipse of the Heart"
I've always preferred it over "Bohemian Rhapsody" in the "Totally Over-the-Top Baroque Pop Guilty Pleasure" sweepstakes.
God, the 80s was an awful decade for mainstream music

6. I agree with you.
"Total Eclipse...." wasn't nearly as bad as the rest of them. And this list wasn't nearly as bad as the list in Part I of the poll.

7. Yeah, 1980-81 were particularly bad years for popular music.

Things began to look up a bit in '82 with the rise of New Wave and the rebirth of Top 40 radio. Unfortunately, after 1984, the music became increasingly lame and hasn't improved much since. Look for my upcoming poll of the Worst #1 Hits of 1985-89 and you'll see exactly what I mean!
