Say "Hi" to Oliver!
So named for his "Please may I have some more" expression.

I have definitely been adopted.

Now if I can just figure out a way to get him inside without the other two critters freaking out...

2. I have a similar problem with a little guy I call "Buddy"

He's really hard to get close to sometimes hence the distance of the pic. He has let me pet him a few times, but he won't come inside. The lady next door feeds him right now. I have in the past. I wanted to adopt this little guy sooner, but I let him go thinking he would probably be happier being an outdoor cat. And he does seem content. I see him prowling around back like he's king of the jungle.

There is a new problem however. Our condo association is cracking down on free roaming critters. They claim people are letting their pets roam the premises unleashed and unsupervised. They even require that cats be on a leash when outside. So they are going to get animal control out here to round up the critters pretty soon. I know all too well what would happen to Buddy if that happens.

5. can you get a humane trap and catch him? Bring him in?
Yes, cats do like to roam, especially if they've been raised outdoors, but please don't let him be rounded up by animal control....

3. Awww -- he's adorable.
I'll bet he's a big lovey boy -- those orange males usually are.

Thank you for helping him! :hi:

7. I have an orange cat named Oliver too.
When I met him at the shelter, he meowed and I thought it sounded like "more."
So like you, I named him after Oliver Twist and the famous line, Could I have some more?
Great minds think alike.
Good luck to you and Oliver.
