HELP Please, NOW, give me reasons to go to the gym today. |
|
Hint: I'm 5'4", weigh 255, have carried this weight for 20 years, have begun working out but it's VERY hard to get there every time. I'm doing it because I don't want to die.
But I don't want to go today. HELP!

4. You want more quality time with Mrs. V. |
|
The gym will do that. I'm having trouble getting on the treadmill lately myself. :(

5. Go; you'll feel better afterwards |
|
While you're on the treadmill or ski machine or whatever you do, visualize what you'd like to do to the person who shot your cat. Slowly. Carefully. Repeatedly. :grr:
I haven't worked out in a week and a half and am working up the will to get on my treadmill myself.

6. Think of excercise as you would sleeping or eating |
|
it's not a choice, it's something you just do.
