HELP Please, NOW, give me reasons to go to the gym today.
Hint: I'm 5'4", weigh 255, have carried this weight for 20 years, have begun working out but it's VERY hard to get there every time. I'm doing it because I don't want to die.

But I don't want to go today. HELP!

1. You always feel better after a workout.
I didn't go to the gym today, but I took a walk.

4. You want more quality time with Mrs. V.
The gym will do that.
I'm having trouble getting on the treadmill lately myself. :(

5. Go; you'll feel better afterwards
While you're on the treadmill or ski machine or whatever you do, visualize what you'd like to do to the person who shot your cat. Slowly. Carefully. Repeatedly. :grr:

I haven't worked out in a week and a half and am working up the will to get on my treadmill myself.

6. Think of excercise as you would sleeping or eating
it's not a choice, it's something you just do.
