I replaced the agitator on my washing machine!
:woohoo: :woohoo:

This is a momentous occasion. Usually, I pass that kind of work onto others who I usually have to pay. With money being so tight I made the attempt by using these simple directions...

I am very proud of myself.

:woohoo: :woohoo:

1. I'm impressed!
Sometimes it's hard to find parts you need.
I stumbled on this site while looking for a handle for my microwave: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/
Just thought I'd share. :)

2. I had to order the replacement...
and picked it up at a small out of the way place.

Thanks for the link. I'm sure I'll need it. The stove here is ancient.

4. My washer is so old I can't get parts for it anymore.
Next time it breaks I'll have to buy a new one - which I'm sure will so full of electronic gizmos that I won't be able to repair it myself.

7. My five year old daughter was in your washing machine?
What was that little agitator doing to your machine? If she damaged it any, I sincerely apologize.
