1. I went to the gym too and vaporized an old woman
I passed her on the track and she admonished me for cutting in too close when I got back in to the walking lane (I didn't mean to and I did apologize). I checked behind me a minute later and she had vanished; I guess my force field was too strong for her or something. No wonder she was annoyed when I cut in too close if that's what usually happens.

I was a little perturbed about what might have happened to her until I saw her come out of the restroom about ten minutes later. I gave her a very wide berth when I passed her the next time just in case it happened again.

3. I go to the gym several days a week.
Unfortunately, I don't work out every time I go (I work there!). On my off hours, the last place I want to go is the gym!

Good going, Bertha. :)

4. So, how do you feel?
I generally exercise at home, and I'm been pretty consistent. It takes a long time to make it a habit that you want to keep, but if you can force yourself to stay with it, exercise will become the norm, and that's a good feeling.
