4. It's not hard at all

Save the one you like on your desktop.

Go to options

Go to edit your profile

Click on upload your own. select jpg or gif.

then paste personal/xxxxxx.jpg etc in avatar image

unfortunately file size is just a tad too big. Perhaps if you put it on your own server for sig line, if you like it?
