Oh man I've got the worst cold!

I'm weezy, drippy, and just miserable. Anyone else got a summer cold?? How do you treat your colds?

Even nighttime Theraflu doesn't seem to knock me out for long.

I don't get colds, 'cuz I take airborne at the first sign of any trouble. YMMV.

5. it's just herbs and vitamins & stuff -- echinacea, etc.

Millions of people buy it and keep buying it. So it must work for many people, as I believe it does for me. I don't get sick; other members of my household do.

6. recovering from one right now..

I still hate coughing up gunk.

I used to throw it all over the house when I was kid - made Mom pissed.. and wife too (finally stopped doing that 6 years ago)

7. Ginger tea. (keep the ginger root in a plastic bag or container in the freezer)

8. I'm even better

I caught whopping cough from a co worker. I'm now 2 weeks into the nastiest cough I've ever had. I almost pass out from coughing and it gives me a spliting headache. I'm done with my meds but the rest will take time. I'd rather have the cold.
