1. No, but DH has the first Andy Pratt album. He loves it.
Listens to it regularly.

He's related to the guy that started the Pratt Institute, I believe.

1: waaaay too expensive unless i got a scholarship
2: very very hard to get into
3: i'm not too crazy about ending up in NYC for my undergraduate degree. it is one of the reasons i kind of looked over pratt institute when i was first looking at art schools.

NYU is spread out through the city, and i'd like to have more of a campus atmosphere for my undergraduate.
i've thought about NYU for my graduate degree, 1 & 2 from above apply there, lol.

5. I hear you
on some of your concerns.

I looked at NYU. I wanted to go into film, but never did anything prior to looking at the school.
I loved the campus but I missed the application deadline. I doubt if I would've gotten in though.
Looking back at things, I feel I would've been overwhelmed if I attended school in NYC, at least right away. I was still learning a lot about myself during the first few years in college. It was best for me to be at a smaller school closer to home.

:) :hi:

7. Pratt Institute in Brooklyn?
I don't know much about it except its location. It's in the Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn, part of which is nice and part of which is not so nice. You mentioned that you wanted a campus feel for your undergraduate work. I don't see how you would get it there.
