But "Burn after reading" got a good review from my local paper, that one i was going to see no matter who hated it.

1. I really want to see Burn After Reading too!
I do love Pacino and DeNiro, but I am not super excited about this movie.

2. Burn looks really funny, Kill can either be a rental or i'll wait until it's on HBO.
"The Women" also got panned and i am a huge fan of the 1939 Cukor version so i was pissed when i heard about the remake and it looks like they really f'd it up.

3. At least in this movie, Bobby D. will have an excuse to say all his lines twice
AL PACINO YELLING ALL the time (dramatic silence at end)

5. It's looks totally run of the mill to me.
I like both actors, especially DeNiro, but this one looks like a pass to me, at least until my friend borrows it from a guy he works with. :)

Burn After Reading looks great. I love the whole cast, it's the Coen brothers...can't go wrong. Brat Pitt looks especially funny in this one. We'll see if he can top how hilarious he was in Snatch.

7. it looks good, the only complaint i've heard about it is that it's too short.
i'm in the school of "leave them wanting more" so i think too short is far more preferable than a "ass numma".

8. I knew it was going to be bad when I saw the latest ad.

"DE NIRO"

"DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ANY MORE?"

Yes, thought I to myself. How unwatchable is this movie going to be?

10. i saw the ad where the funny is supposed to be De niro saying something like
"I'll believe it when you pick the check for once" and i thought if that's the best they can do then it's game over.

11. The banter between them must be awful if that's what they pick for the trailer.
