A Google Challenge
I think of myself as the Queen of Google. Friends call me all the time asking for me to find information, and I usually can. But, the Queen failed on this task after about 2 hours (yes, we are slow at work this week)

My mother wants to know the name and brand of the frozen sandwich roll-up appetizers (also called pinwheels) sold by Sam's Club and Costco. Cream cheese, ham and cheese, assorted.

I've seen the things in her Sam's Club with my own eyes, but couldn't find the proper name online.

Anyone care to go up against the Queen (hell, go low-tech if you're heading to Sam's club this afternoon)

3. And it only took me about 30 seconds to find it.
Though I felt pretty dirty going to the Sam's Club website.

5. Oh, good - I'm glad you edited!
I was wondering if there was something about MrCoffee that I missed that you would be mocking him here.

Now I get it!

I didn't need to google, a friend of my mom's has worked in the deli at Costco since I was a kid, and my Mom used to work in the bakery, so they'd swap leftovers at the end of the day, and we'd have Costco everything at parties.

edit: Wait? Frozen? They sell fresh ones, why would anybody get frozen?

10. There's no Costco near my mother, so she joined Sam's Club
She needs cheap food ideas for a party she's throwing - cheap and no-cooking - so I suggested those spirals. The problem was I didn't know what they were called, so she couldn't find them.

My one girlfriend, who DOES live near a Costco, always buys those platters for her parties, and then happily accepts compliments on her hors d'oevres.

11. Truth is, also, they are stupid easy to make,
and you can probably make them cheaper than buying them.

All they are is a tortilla or sandwich wrap, covered with a thin film of cream cheese and whatever other ingredient you want to add.
