I HATE T-MOBILE.

They bought out suncom and switched me over automatically.
Now my phone drops calls all the time; does not pick up service in certain areas of my house and IN THE BIGGEST CITY IN THE DAMN STATE it said it was OUT OF SERVICE. When husband had a flat tire. Nice timing, assholes.
(Husband has a Cricket phone which is only local service and had to go to fayetville after charlotte, so I gave him my phone to use)
THEN they wanted to NOT LET ME HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS UNLESS I SIGNED IN AND GAVE A PASSWORD - THAT THEY WANTED TO SEND TO MY CELL PHONE- YOU KNOW, THE ONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY DAMN SERVICE????
So HOW THE HELL am I supposed to CALL THEM????
Finally found a number, got through to a human, who was nice and who I tried to be nice to, and got a semi-solution.
Then, in the middle of my conversation with husband - IT DROPPED THE GODDAMN CALL AGAIN.

NOW IT'S GOING STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL and husband is on the highway by himself with probably another tire ready to go flat (other side).

Edit to add: at least they have been very, very nice and helpful on the customer service end. Sigh.
