wasn't there a movie recently about a hurrican direct hit on Houston?
i think it was a TV movie of course, but the hurricane ends up doing minimal damage to the city, but destroys an oil refinery sending the US economy into a tail dive.

I hope and pray all DUers in Texas STAY SAFE!!
