When you format your hard drive and neglect to reinstall your LAN and Wireless drivers...
Getting upset at me when I tell you I can't help you get online with that computer until you find the driver discs that came with the computer and install them, then asking me to transfer you to our disconnects line even though the other computer you have connected to the network works just fine, really just makes you seem like an irrational hotheaded jagoff.

kthxbye

4. He was like "So it's basically useless for me to even HAVE your service, is that it?"
HE HAD ANOTHER COMPUTER THAT WAS WORKING FINE.

Man, it must be painful to be him.

2. Jagoff?
Isn't that what they say on TV because they're too prudish to say jerkoff?

5. That's right, it's the ISP's job to get his computer working.
Just like it's the guy at the gas station's job to fix my car, right?

7. Good analogy, I'm gonna start using that, haha.
