1. it's pretty good.
You should look for Terra Andina wines too - same price range, from Chile. Really good value. :toast:

3. I found the best way to learn was to taste, taste, taste.

My husband has a degree in wine, and so I had to learn quickly. I read through the "wine for dummies" just to learn the basics, but the only way to really "get it" is to taste. Check out a nice wine shop and ask them if they do wine tastings.

We participate in a monthly wine club where we taste up to 20 wines in a single afternoon, and have to try to identify the varietal and if it is new or old world. Then we go deeper into the regions. It is fun (but remember to spit or you'll just end up drunk) and there is usually yummy food too.

4. As my Shrink told me while we were drinking
on his 50 foot yacht: "Anybody can find a good $40 bottle of wine, it takes talent to find a good one for $4."

I've been well-adjusted for some time now and (in case anybody wonders) long before I joined DU.
