just an observation of an armchair QB, I'd like him to do well so we get a better draft pick. A couple of things:

--watching him on the bench, it did not look to me like his head nor heart was in the game. I said to myself, he's gonna throw a pick here

one of the passes was complete before the pick, but it was a wobbley duck. the pick itself was one of the weakest throws I've ever seen him

Nothing would be said about it. I've seen a ton of his games and physically, he's fine.

Did you hear the story about (I think it was Holmgren) he put together a video montage of all the picks Favre threw in a season, a bunch of ducks, throwing into coverage, etc., etc. The room was groaning a bit then mostly silent. Then he showed a montage of all of his TD passes, and it looked EXACTLY THE SAME, everyone laughed. He's a unique player. I see many times when the Packers were down and not left with many possesions him just throwing a ball into coverage, etc., instead of throwing it away, because it didn't matter and they were likely to lose and the only outside chance to win was to toss it up there even if it was only a 20% probability that one of his guys would come down with it.
