Has anyone else ran into this kind of annoying asshole?

I was in a store today and I kept hearing this really grainy version of Buckcherry's "Next To You". So, I just figured there was something wrong with the store's speakers and kept shopping. Then, I hear the song start up again... and again... and again. Being curious, I started to track the noise down. I eventually found out that it was some dude in his late 20's just playing the song over and over on his cell phone. It wasn't a ring tone either. The guy was actually playing the song as loud as possible on his phone in the store.

Has anyone else ran into that kind of thing?
