I want to buy an apartment but can afford less than the given price. The RE lady talked to the seller and will give me the answer tomorrow.

Yes, I started pitching stuff the minute I decided to start looking for a new place. Didn't think I'd find one so fast, hence, had to take a lot of stuff that I knew I woulnd't need. Am slowly selling the stuff off though.

And truly, start packing stuff that you don't readily need. It really helps later on.

I am very grateful for what my mom is doing to help me. And she helps me a lot.

I esp. need to go through my books and clothes to see what I need and what I can sell (clothes) or give the library (books). I have about three months from the moment I am canceling my recent rented apartment. In Germany you have 3 months notice.
