Pheeew! What's that stench! Report from Louisville |
|
Well, I just got in to town and boy was there the reek or rotting fish in the air. I work just across from the Galt House and I thought it was coming from there. So I checked my watch, only 7:15. So I looked around, then I discovererd the source of the foul odor. There were some rotten fish in a dumpster. Oh well, if I catch the stink of anything else today, I'll keep you posted.

1. So it wasn't rubbertown ? |
|
The smells of Louisville used to be that burnt rubber smell, or the cooking malt from the distilleries.

2. Here's a report of something a co-worker did once |
|
Her husband dumped her for a younger woman.. She got "permission" to get some things from the house (which he and the new one were living in, while they had it on the market)..
She went to the house and got some things, and before she left, she slipped a bunch of small shrimp into the hem of the sheers behind the drapes..
It took them forever to sell the house, due to the odd "smell".. They hired professionals to clean the carpets, check the attic, etc.. hee-hee..
