But I don't qualify since I basically don't manage my money badly. I just can't make ends meet on my salary.
My electricity went up 50% this summer. Gas has gone up 30% since last summer. My rent is now $100 higher (I am an month to month since I applied for several jobs and expected to move but alas those jobs are mostly all in Houston). My pay did go up $100 and will go up another $50 soon but, having done the math, fully 50% of the year I am paying out more than I make.
