My dad could still use vibes. I'll be at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee with him all day Thursday, and probably overnight or more.
I'll take my laptop with, but don't know how much I can use it. If I'm in an area with telemetry, they'll probably have rules against using the air card (it's really basically a cell phone, after all). Once I'm away from the hospital, I'll keep you posted. Have a good week, Loungistas! I love ya!

I know GC, sort of. I drive down 47 when I go to C-U (which doesn't happen as often as I'd like). Also, my great grandmother and my grandfather were both in a nursing home there. And when we'd visit my grandparents on the farm, we'd go to the DQ in GC a lot! I like that part of the state, because my soul needs flat, open spaces. It's the native Iowan in me, I suppose. Or the 4 generations in Champaign County before me. I think you'll like that area. I did.

and it'll be extra strong because it won't have to travel far. St.Luke's means it must be heart issues --it's a great hospital they'll take good care of your dad. Wish you were going to be in town under better circumstances and we'd throw a quick get together for you. :hug:

14. Yeah, it's an angiogram, and maybe a stent (probably).

My mom was there for her brain tumor, too--at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center at St. Luke's.
