I posted yesterday about my new dentist and how kind she was and then she e-mailed me.....
From me to her yesterday, at her request and my suggestion to use e-mail:

Subject: Breeze54's Dental Appointment's
> Wednesday - September 17th, 2008

> Dear Dr. Agnieszka;
> I have to tell you how pleased I was to meet you today at Tufts
> Dental School. You made my appointment enjoyable and relaxed.
I look forward to having this work done and that's saying a lot,
as I've had bad experiences in the past.

Thank You for your professionalism and kindness!

> Please send the information of my first 3 appointments, as soon as you know!

Thank You!

Sincerely, from your new patient;

Breeze54

Dear Breeze54,

Thank you for your message. I am very happy, that you had a nice experience.

As we agreed, I requested three appointments for you, however I do not
have response jet. As soon as I will know anything, I will let you know
via e-mail.

If you have any concerns or questions, let me know. I will be happy to
help you.

Thank you.
Sincerely, from your new student dentist,

3. Hi Peggy!!
She is very astute and was already a Dentist in her country, before coming to America. But the USA doesn't accept
her foreign credentials, so she had to go through Dental Medicine school, again, in the USA to get USA credentials.
But she's smart, one can just tell from talking to her, and she cares, which is rare these days. I feel very lucky
to have been assigned to her! I usually hate Dentists but this one is different and that's a good thing, imho! ;)

:hi:

2. Is it safe to assume that Dr. Agnieszka
is not a native English speaker? A typo like "jet" I can almost excuse because spell check won't catch it and she could be in a hurry, but the bad punctuation in the second line really made me stand up and take notice. You've got to go through a lot of schooling to get to where she is, so...

Not a big deal, just curious.

5. That would make sense.
Slavic languages use more punctuation than we do. For example, in Russian they use a comma after "I don't know" (as in "I don't know, why John McCain wears that stupid fucking combover instead of just being a man and admitting that he's a bald maniacal warmongering douche").

I wish I was as happy with my dental situation as you are with yours. I've got a dentist whose chief dental assistant is called "Nurse Mengele" by a few of my fellow patients. She's the only woman who scares me more than Sarah Palin.
