The ingredients say: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, butterfat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), chilli extract, flavouring. So it should be good for you too.

I used to buy one in Germany that was dark chocolate with tart cherries and cayenne. It was soooooooo darned good. Haven't had any like it since we left a couple years ago to come back to the states. Actually, that chocolate was one of the main reasons I'm really looking forward to our going BACK to Germany this Spring. :)
