I have the bestest baby sister. |
|
No, she's not really a baby any more, but I'm 12 years older than her, so.....
Anyway, tomorrow would have been our mom's 73rd birthday (mom passed away in February). Karen had gotten a gift certificate from her job, for a local nursery. She said she wandered around, trying to figure out what to buy (she wanted to plant something in honor of mom). What she ended up doing was buying 5 rose bushes, one for each of us, so we could each plant one for mom.
:sniff: I love my sister. :loveya:

I was almost in tears when she told me what she had done.
Little sisters are sometimes the best people.

I'll bet she knows it, too.
Thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.

8. Thank you, darlin' Peggy. |

I know my mom is smiling down on all her children, biological, inlaw, and informally adopted. We love her, one and all.
