I FINALLY figured out what is wrong with my diet. |

I decided to write down everything I ate in a day to figure out why I am not losing weight. Here is the result day a typical day on the weekend:
Breakfast One hard boiled egg One cup of Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk
Lunch One piece of "thin" wheat toast 1/2 can of tuna One plum or nectarine
Dinner Chicken breast Broccoli Cottage cheese
Dessert 1/2 twinkie
Bedtime snack 2 bottles of red wine 19 cans of LaBatts Blue beer
Conclusion: I think if I cut out the twinkie, I will be ok.

You got me with that bedtime snack. I bet you don't have any problems getting to sleep, though.
