Any west coasters watching Josh Groban right now on the Emmy Awards?

And the Emmys show last night reached a new level of suckiness.

With a couple of exceptions, last nights telecast of the Emmy Awards was one of the worst things I've seen on television in quite some time. Parts of it...like Josh Groban...were just unwatchable.

4. Awards shows are unwatchable

Even the MTV ones, which started out decent, have devolved into unnavigational douchebaggery. Such douchebaggery that the CERN LHC would be lucky to find the douchebag particle which gives these shows their mass.

9. PBS had a good show about raptors.

They put little cameras on them to study their flight patterns and how man can benefit from this knowledge.

I was jumping through channels and just happened to settle on ABC when he started singing "The Simpsons" (beginning?)...didn't take long to bail on that Bozo.
