1. There are no chains that have burgers that I like.
In fact, I find it almost impossible to find a decently made hamburger anywhere any more, except at some of the better restaurants, AND, quite often, the diviest smokiest shittiest little bars in towns of less than a hundred. THEY still know how to make a fuckin' burger.

Good old-fashioned two-fisted greaseburger. You need two hands and half a dozen paper towels. And they make GREAT onion rings.
