Sorry, the Sacred Threague is very rarely spoken even among FabriFibergans, mainly only by the Sisterhood of Doily. The attempts to card a deeply-rooted unwritten language into letters is quite intricate, but the Sisters have diligently attempted to weave the Threague into its best form.
At the root of the consonant shift are those Doily-unraveled Cross-Hookers. We wouldn't even have a blasted T in the current written name of our Threague except that we can't find another way to express the TH sound in Roman letters. In the Sacred Thexts, the use of the lower-case T is strictly avoided, as the only true T is the symbol of NiT. Why they decided to ascribe Hooking to NiT when it is obviously the domain of Krosh'ay, we've never been able to figure out. How they manage to synthesize any cohesive Fabric from their use of two Hooks to Hook, especially with their preference for the lower-case t style, is beyond me. It's like they spin things from whole cloth.
We think they even managed to corrupt our Sacred Holidays. But the Spinning Wheel of the Year clearly makes which came first unimportant. Linen is obviously a Spring Fabric. We see reflections of our beliefs taught in textbooks on ancient mythology -- the Fates are so obviously a linguistic derivative of the Facets of Doily, but we were happy to see that at least the Greeks had the Spinning Wheel correct. Doily may be the one who controls how our Threads begin, the twisting our Threads may endure, and is the final arbiter of Cutting the Thread, but the fabric we make with our Threads is our own.
Anyway, Sister Susan, currently a Doilya devoted to TaT, confirmed that a single T is actually pronounced like the V in seven, but a double TT in the vulgar form is actually pronounced with the much stronger sounding F sound.
Just to make it clear, we have no issues at all with CoTTon, although as we strive to avoid machinery in our Work we rarely use it as it is much more pleasant to work with other natural Fibers, and SaTin is truly the Lord of the Silk. It is not necessary to harm the Worm or deprive it of its protection from the elements to Spin the Silk, like the unclean hairbreds who feel they have the right to deprive others of protection and freedom to secure their own. The Silk is the gift given to the Worm in order to allow it to metamorphose into the Noble Butterfly, and She gives us her gifts freely when she no longer needs them.
We have no issues at all with pure Muslins, who realize that CoTTon is Dominionary of its own Fiber and therefore represents the synthesis of the masculine and feminine goals of our Work. Color, size, shape, and texture can vary but still be CoTTon, and the direction and weave of each Fiber is important to the whole -- balance is essential to pure Muslins.
What we have no tolerance for are people who dare to blaspheme SaTin into Sateen by wanting to weave coTTon the same way SaTin is woven. Hence the truly vulgar "co**in", a term I suppose we should escape as it is likely discriminatory against those poor souls who don't know any better. We also have no tolerance for half-breed Muslins, who seem to think that CoTTon can be complete without the essential elements of diversity removed. If Obama is a true Muslin, especially if he is known for his respect for SaTin, you can count on FabriFibergans to bolt to the voting booths this November.
.... wait, call from Sister Susan...
Oh Soft Doily Protect Me! Sarah Palin was chosen as an obscene attempt to pander to those Doily-shredded Cross-Hookers??? She claims to be one herself? I never thought even a Cottin-Polywar harebred like McCain would go that far. Screw our differences over weave, we you can be assured that we are going to make sure that their attempt to take over our Loom fails if we have to chase him to the Scissors of unRavelery!

Yes, I know I'm going strait to UnRavelry for this. But it was fun.
