Dear Friend:

I was made aware of you as a contact from a mutual friend.

I am mere months away coming to the end of my contract position with my employer (Gov’t position) where I have significant responsibility with very little accountability. My country is going thru great turmoil recently and it has lately happened that the budget I control will have significant monies remaining in it that I must allocate immediately. During this time of turmoil in my Government I am uncomfortable forwarding the funds to the people that I have been allocating to over the last 8 years as I worry that the incoming regime might subject them to undue scrutiny.

Equally I am uncomfortable placing the monies into our banking system as it is the nature of my country to have rather dodgy or shady dubious banking practices.

It is for this reason that I write,, I seek a trusted partner that could permit me to make generous deposits into your bank account where the monies might be converted to your local currency (To protect the value). For this consideration I would be willing to share with you up to 10% of the converted value. I am uncertain what the final amount will be in your currency once converted however I can tell you that I am about to be entrusted with between 700 Billion and one Trillion in my countries funds with very little regulatory or protocols attached. In fact they are encouraging me to go a use this money to buy ‘bad debt’ or il-liquid assets as we so cunningly have phrased them.

I should have the money in a matter of hours and would appreciate a quick respond as well as any banking information (non US please) that you are willing to offer.
