Checking out the future of the economy and the anticipated

price of food, I have a question. Here along the Florida gulf coast there are baitfish locally called "greenbacks" or "greenies." At this time of year they are bunched up along the beaches and you can catch a huge number of them with each toss of a small cast net. I know some people eat these, because I have had people ask me to catch some for them. Has anyone here eaten them? How are they prepared?
