I paid them to host two websites. They managed to lose one somehow. And of course, while my computer was dead and I couldn't get ahold of them, the domain expired. Now the domain's been scooped up by some squatter, and it looks like I'm SOL.
They are getting a phone call from me, and while I will do my damndest not to be an ass towards the poor person on the phone who has to deal with it, this is still THEIR fuckup. And I'm not going to let them get away with it so easily.
