2. 2 things I think are essential

1. Investment and commercial banks must again be separated. Let investment banks play the markets as much as they like, but they musn't be able to risk anybody's savings. Reinstate Glass-Seagall.

2. No bank must be allowed to become "too big to fail." It's an inherent weakness in the system. Single points of failure should be avoided. No bank should be allowed to capture more than a certain amount of the market. Mergers should be prohibited if they will violate this rule. Any bank that grows too big oganically should be broken up.

Change of this happening? None.
