90 minutes on the phone to fix a $6 miscalculation on my unemployment filing |

i used the wrong hourly rate when i filed my most recent claim and the difference was a piddly six bucks and, after spending 30 minutes on hold, i've been on the phone with the rep for an hour now trying to get it sorted out
i don't know which is more appropriate x( or :eyes:
and, no, this is not personally directed at the rep, but rather the system as a whole

it wasn't really worth my time, but the way things usually go for me, i know it would have created problems had i not fixed it
