Rant: What is wrong with me?

Health update: I went to see the General Practioner doctor. I want to say that medical terminology is not my strong suit, so I don't understand the hell is going on. My gyn DID say that it was an ovarian cyst, but now they don't know what is.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME, HUH? The GP says it could be endometrisosis or something. I have to go to see a stomach specialist as well as a GYN. And I might have to get a colonoscopy. DAMN IT! :mad: :grr:

All I can say is that my STOMACH FUCKING HURTS. I want this pain to end NOW! It's been over 4 months now and it still HURTS. You'd think they'd know what it is by NOW, HUH? ARRRRRRRRGH!

1. It sucks when doctors don't know,

and they rarely have any sense of urgency. I really, truly understand just wanting the pain to end. Doctors don't seem to realize that Pain @#$%& HURTS! x(

6. Wow. Sounds like you're traveling my road.

Eventually, after every freaking test they could think of, including the colonoscopy and an icky contrast-dye x-ray thingy, they decided I had IBS: irritable bowel syndrome. My only symptom was pain, although it did turn out that I had a small cyst with no symptoms, which is what mislead them at first. Be proactive: complain! I am now virtually pain-free and sincerely hope that your situation, like most, does not last. It's amazing how sick we can be, yet still get better. You'll get better. :hug:

do you get weird pains during your period, esp when you pee?

american doctors are irritating. they couldnt diagnose my problem, when i went down to india, they diagnosed it and operated

apparantly the cysts were huge and my indian doctors were shocked at the negligence of my american doctors
