and these douchebag parents send in crappy photos, don't respond to my wife when she calls to ask for a better submissions, and then they have the nerve to ask for their money back and scream at her. She literally spends 150 hours of her own time on this!

Then worse yet, the mother has to go on-line and publicly post about it.
