Also known as being double-jointed?
I'm hypermobile everywhere, but especially in my arms. My elbows naturally hyperextend, which scares people a bit. They bend back a lot. I can also bend my wrists back at weird angles, touch my thumbs to my wrists, and bend my fingers back really far.
Any other loose-jointed folks on here?

1. I used to be double jointed in a few places. |

Now I'm so stiff and I've lost so much mobility that I'm barely jointed at all in some places.

I'm jumping back and forth between agony and zoned-out at the moment. In general I'm alternating between stubornly preparing for the future and raw terror that there's little I can do. I feel like I'm on a surreal rollercoaster. :P
I don't know if that is a coherent answer to your question.

years ago a PT told me that it was not a problem then, but later it could be...I think he was right, my knees hurt all the time.
