Here's a before picture. The cat in the photo is a semi-feral kitty I call Buddy. He survived the storm alright.

That's what happened here in Ohio when the remnants of Ike collided with a cold front. Some people here didn't get power back until earlier this week. Two million of us were without power immediately after the storm.

Wow, what a mess...

My guess would be that those trees haven't been cleaned up yet is because they didn't take any wires down with them...

It's sad to see them down.

Glad the feral kitty made it through OK...
